Where to hunt for these?

Which mission/rank would be easiest to hunt a Mugunruk (10* spear) in as a level 80 beast hunter?

Also, where do the solid/hit and stun resist units drop? Is the stun/resist the same as PSU? (Motherbrain, all ranks)
