Hancock was president of Congress when the Declaration of Independence was adopted and signed. The prob with your sig is the file size. Re-read that Mikey sig that says the file cannot be any larger than 35000bytes. (35KB).

You can check filesizes when you:

-Upload a picture
-Save the picture
-Highlight the icon for your picture, if you're in my documents or the desktop.

JPEG is generally the way to go, it's a smaller file type than most. You'll probably lose quality on it, though.

Saving as PNG in MSPaint is expert saving though. Everybody usually saves as defaultoh bitmobmappage.

I just screwed up by losing to jpg then restarted to get that PNG BIG (sometimes for not much extra diff) file no lossless.
