Wow...10% proc rate isn't so bad...

I've been using a Fuuma shuriken on my HUney for a while now, and, I must say, I expected Heaven element to proc MUCH more scarcely; even in SH (note: only small mobs can be OHKO'ed in SH), there's always at the very least 1-2 enemies that get instantly killed in each 1-2 rooms. Not great, I know, but still nice considering slicers and the other 10% proc rate weps are terrible for any other element besides Life/Celeb.

But all serious, I don't really regard the proc rate at all. I just regard it as to whether it'll take part or not. I don't really rely too much on it.
