So I was fighting Dark Falz today...

Okay, so Mother Trinity was going fine. After the typical 5 minute kill, I used Midgul while she was still in her "death anmation" (thinking I would get the buff, but I didn't).

As soon as I began Dark Falz, I used my typical strategies to avoid getting hit by it. Eventually, I made a mistake and I was in range of his dark rain that spawns those spheres... except I didn't take any damage. I didn't think much of it at first, but then I was hit directly by many more of his attacks and I suffered no damage or a hit animation. So I came to the conclusion that I was invincible.

I'm pretty sure this glitch has something to do with the Midgul I used before the fight. What I'm asking is, has this ever happened to you before?

Thank you. I guess it has something to do with how you're invincible when the PB is being used...?

If you use the PB during Mother Trinity's death animation, you'll be invincible during the Dark Falz battle. There are certain actions that will cancel out the glitch so you'll be vulnerable again, but I forget what they are. I think rolling is one of them.

When you open up a menu with some characters in cancels the glitch... Not on my HUmar though :O

Your mag making you invincible will make your char start to guard. By the time it's gone, you're able to get hit again. Therefore, if you're going with this glitch, just take off your mag.

Another one is that you use a PB again.

Hmmm.... Can someone confirm if guarding with a shield will make you vulnerable? I'm in the middle of going up ET. Haha!

It isn't my intent to abuse this glitch. Fighting dark falz while invincible was...boring^^;
I did get a lovely Calamity soul out of it...not like I'm ever gonna use it anyway.
