is there a guide anywhere for setting the game up online

finally got my new copy of the game with the case and want to play it online badly

Not that I know of right now. But I can walk you through it if you like.

1. Put UMD into PSP. Do not load/start the game. Highlight over the UMD icon,click on the "Triangle" button and go to update game. This will allow it to be upgraded to 1.01 V. Which is required for you to go online.
2. Create a JP PSN account. To do this, Go Here: http://www.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?132637-HOWTO-Create-a-Japanese-PSN-account-on-a-5.00-PSP . This will show you how to create one.
3. Once your logged into your account in your Playstation Network Store. Click on the 12 pencil up in the right hand corner. This is the code redeem button. Now, open up your game case, remove the instruction manual. And there should be a 12 digit code there for you to input. NOTE: It's not in the instructions, it's inside the game case itself.
4. Once you completed all these steps. You will now be able to go online with the game. Have fun, and good luck!!!
