Should I start on hard mode vright as I reach 20? I'm lvl 18 robot hunter thing. :3

Depends on equips, solo is easier to do but then again in a team with people can be just as easy just use a sword or partisan to tag mobs of enemies etc. I find Max Attack C and TTF are quickest to level. But tbh Episode 4 normal max Attack C is just as good exp as early hard levels in Eps 1 so maybe stick with that?

well i have a gigush+3, a slicer +9, and a partisan +1 so i think im good on range. atm im mag lvling. It's lvl 22 and has an IQ of 95, is that good?

It depends on the stats. Most likely not, but that's normal for your first mag. There is a section here dedicated to mags, you should check that out. There are guides to feeding specific, rare mags with good stats. A good mag for you would have 5/145/50/0 as it's stats (5 being Defence, 145 being Power, 50 being Dexterity, 0 being Mind)
