Yeah, I felt bored. Just list the weapon, what it's from, and what element and PA you think'd fit. Oh, and the weapon type also helps. Here's my thing to start it off:

@Chukie Sue: Thank you. The X element pun was the only element I could think of. The zeta cutlass was an obvious choice, it's practically made for a Z-saber weapon. Giro even used a Z-shaped dash slash in ZX. Also, I've been playing MMZ collection lately, so I kinda have the series on my mind.

Another FE weapon:

Name: Vague Katti
Type: Saber
Element: No ideas. The heat element pun doesn't really work here.
PA: Force Ride. This weapon's normally used by a swordsmaster/trueblade in the series, and Force Ride reminds me of a critical hit from those classes.

Heh, I don't have a RA either, but I've seen one, and used the other two. Here are the three:

Hollow Snip: A few shots standing, then a few on one knee, then a few down on your stomach.

Wipeout: Sprays fire back and forth, then throws a grenade.

Mine Sneek: Crawl forward, leaving explosions behind you.

In SMT: SJ, the reaper Colt gives your character the ability to use the skill "headshot" which shoots a damaging bullet with a 50% chance of instant kill on nearly any non-boss enemy. One could literally get through most of the game by spamming this skill (if they have the weapon available), or telling an allied demon to use it (Demonica-C has it IIRC).

Type: Saber, actually...Seeing as to how Django wields them, why are they called "Swords"? D;

Referance: It wouldn't look any different in use in Boktai, but the picture in your Weapon Library shows a specific image, as does the little image when you hold down select to change around weapons. Other than that, all of 'em look the same...Sad, right?
Sidenote: Increases damage during a status ailment that still allows you to move & attack. (Seeing as if you couldn't move or attack, what good would THAT be?)

Source: Any Boktai game with Sabata, AFAIK.
Type: Handgun
Element: Dark lv5
PA: Quick Draw, due to the fact that Thriller Combo would make a light burst, not a dark one.
Referance: It'd be really hard to see, if you're that curious, google it or something, but don't really expect results...Unless you google "Boktai Sabata" or something, then you might see him holding it.
Sidenote: This handgun is more powerful in darker areas (Aka, the first area of Dark Shrine, the indoor areas of Makara, I guess the part of Paru called "Dark Path", etc etc, oh and when fighting Falz.)

Not to mention...

As would I, if it actually spoke like suggested. Mags shouldn't talk. Unique noises for each mag for when it gets the PB or evolves, maybe. Not when walking around though.

I got a few I just came up with... and yes, I do realize I'm become slightly obsessive over Cave Story, but you have to play it to understand.

Name: Spur

Element: Er... none? If I had to choose any, Heaven would be fitting, if you've ever seen the weapon in action in-game. In this case, the level wouldn't matter, but let's say 3, for good measure.
PA: Quick Draw
Special Note: The weapon's shots are larger than normal Handgun shots, as an aesthetic alteration (similar to how certain other weapons in PSZ have special animations or effects, like Psycho Wand's head splitting or the drills spinning, etc.); so large, in fact, that when you use Quick Draw, the shots in sequence look like a giant laser (however, each individual shot still hits only once, not many times in a row like the actual Spur in Cave Story); this weapon can also hit one more foe than normal at a time, but it's unlikely that will play much of a big deal until Quick Draw is used. ;P

And another to add:

Element: Risk Lv3 (because in-game, the weapon is in itself risky to use properly)
PA: Edge Riser (to be honest, no other Slicer PA fits it well, since it's a SWORD)

Type: (I really have no clue what this weapon is exactly, but...since it shoots stuff...) Handgun
Element: None (doesn't have a fixed one and can't get a random one)
PA: Quick draw
Things to note:
-This weapon can't do normal or heavy attacks; to use it, you need to use the PA
-Each bullet from the PA does a fixed damage of 999
-The PA fires 8 shots

There. The uber Fanelia Beam from Riviera. Seriously, that thing could kill any boss in the game (except Isher, since he nullifies physical, IIRC) in one attack. What's even more funny is that all you have to do to get it is dig in a certain spot in the ground a few times. Nothing difficult. Too bad it only has x1 in durability >.>...

Source: Anybody who has played Ryuusei no Rockman/Megaman Star Force 1 (Leo version mainly) will know that this move is so pro, and that's where it's from.
Type: Handgun or Laser
Element: Fixed to be none.
PA: Flame hit (Handgun) or Sector Line (Laser)
Notes: Flame hit has slightly extended range and a slightly higher chance to activate its element (Handgun) / Sector Line has a special look to be shooting a thinner version of Flame Hit instead of the typical white laser beam, also has a very small chance to inflict Heat lv2.

And here's a semi-made up weapon for a Sword that is part of an attack in SF3.

Name: Galactic Ender
Source: Ryuusei no Rockman 3/Megaman Star Force 3 (Black Ace mainly)
Type: Sword
Element: Dark lv3
PA: Over End
Notes: The glow from OE isn't white, it's pitch black (Like the bullets you see when shooting Black Phobos). It also has a chance to inflict Heaven lv2 when using OE.
