Those top 4 are probably user entry, their own creativity.

Rappy Hunter is one of the defaults as yours is whence reaching a certain - unknown number of posts. Probably 100 seeing that plateau is just passed, pretty close there for you.

Don't post too much and leave it unattended to, then you'll get the dreaded/infamous PSOtaku, if I paraphrased that one right.

I believe erasing it will let you get one of the defaults according to how many posts you have as well.

Its strange that we have guides around here for almost everything, but not this!

Default user titles are given based on your current post count. As mentioned in the previous posts, you can change your user title by going to the User CP page.
