I just found a Gigas Romulus.

"Details: Ice element magic strengthened by 10% while equipping this weapon."
I'm looking at it in game right now. It says:
"Thunder Tech. 110%"
Thunder isn't the same as Ice. ^^;
Edit:
I've been informed that although it says "110%", it's just +10% to thunder tech. damage.
