Ok how come a creature can have such a low drop rate like 1/8 or 1/16 and it's still really hard to get that item it doesn't make that much sense, maybe higher luck could result in harder items easier and easier items harder

I believe, (Please let me know if I'm wrong.) LCK is to raise your critical hit ratio.
I don't know about the low drop rates. Just sounds like bad luck to me. 0_0

Yes, LCK raises critical-hit ratio, and the reason it can be difficult is that the 1/8 or 1/16 or any probability applies the same amount each time you kill that monster. It doesn't get easier with more kills (the probability stays the same), you just have to be patient; it could take 2 tries, it could take 200.
