Try the trade forum. Usually, they're pretty common though.

Dont buy it, u can EASY drop it on hard/v-hard... I always in forest droping it aloot.
Biggest % is from Forest BOX 1 (I think, 60% of my Ogre/Power's i got from boxex).

ogre/power will begin to show up in late hard mode and very hard mode.

If Section ID permits, try to hunt for a god/power if you are far enough in the game.
