For some reasons there's one thing I don't like. Fireworks, everyday early July and July 4 my neighbors blow fireworks near our yard. >_> I'm so glad they're banning it considering how dangerous it is.

Happy fourth of Julie. It's tradition every year for my entire second family and me (second family is a group of people that are not blood related to me, but with whom I grew up) to go out and watch fireworks, come home and set off fireworks, and then eat smores. Tradition will be continuing today. Mmm.

I had an awesome weekend. Yesterday I went to the WWII museum with my family and saw the new film that they are playing that was narrated by Tom Hanks. It was really emotional and very entertaining. The movie had a giant imax-esque screen and the chairs vibrated to simulate the gun shots and vehicle movements. They also had smells and smoke as well as acfual props like planes and watchtowers. The museum is really cool and interactive they have tanks and boats and planes in it as well as veterans to talk to. Today I went to a BBQ which was also awesome. Barbecue and beer = happy Joey.

On Friday, I had dinner with some friends. Saturday I spent the day at the beach followed by a birthday party at a bar that night. Yesterday was spent at a 4th of July party with dangerous fireworks (that I stayed far away from) and food (which I did not stay far away from.)
