Honestly, this is a really tall order. You are going to be hard pressed to find this stuff even on Ebay. Honestly it will probably be a lot easier to make your own or commission someone to make one for you.

Here's what I did to buy a lot of my very rares Phantasy Star items (I collect for the classic series, which is even harder to do).

-Buy something from a Japanese seller on ebay
-Enter in contact with him, and ask him if he could help you finding rare PSO items
-If he's kind enough, he will accept (for a certain fee for each transaction of course). Starting from there, use Yahoo Auction Japan

Upon finding what you want, make a deal with your contact so that he can get it or negotiate it for you.

Then just wait for the items to arrive at your home.

I've been in contact with a great guy called Nozomi for the past two months, who have been getting me rare items from site like Yahoo Auction Japan, Amazon Japan, or other sites we don't even knew the existence. If you find the right guy, you will see that buying directly Japanese Online shop cost WAY LESS than what you can find on ebay, or english import shop, because they tend to really overprice thing there.

if I would have been more patient, I'm sure eventually I would have find it cheaper on Japanese site. But generally speaking, you'll see that you'll find A LOT more things by going directly the japanese road. Good luck
