What's the size of the avatar need to be and how do I reduce it to that size=P Thank you for your time!

If this is about a custom Avatar, you can't get one. That is, until you win a contest or something.

AVs should be 64 X 64 pixels. No more and no less.

Oh sweet! I've been thinking about submitting some avys, but wasn't sure exactly how to go about it. ^v^ 'course I've also been thinking about doing some PSO Fanart, but my scanner intimidates me. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif
