rare missions

i need to get a rare mission to lvl up...i have never got one and i need to know if there is any way to help get a rare mission.

From the last time I heard, rare mission can appear on any complete mission of at least 5 mins long - better chance with a bigger party. So, get your 5 pals & do quick runs for MP while trying your luck at hitting a rare flag.

Actually the number of people in your party does not affect the chance of one person getting a rare mission, and the time makes no difference. But in theory, more people=more chances of getting one. But that would still not be any different than those 6 people all soloing the same c rank mission.
