whats with these amplifiers

while playing pso i've found an amplifier of shifta and an amplifier of anti. what r they suppsoed to do. do they automatically come into effect just by carrying them or do u have to do something. someone, please help

thanx for the link. but where can i find the barriers and how do i merge the barriers with the amplifiers

thankks agian. now i'll know where to look, but when u do get an amplifier and a barrier how do u merge them

You wear the barrier, then go to the amplifer in your item pack and pick use. They will then merge together.
