Quick question here, is there any way to change the level of your weapon's element other than equipping an Element Boost? I spent an hour trying to "reroll" Draw on my weapon, but keep getting level 1....wondering what I'm doing wrong.

Nope, no way to increase but the artificial one from Element Boost. You also can't apply an element greater than level 1 to any non-elemented non-rare weapon (aside from the Taxion/Luxion/Tachyon guns, but they're a special case) anyways; the only way to apply an element to a weapon to have an element greater than 1 (aside from special cases) is if the weapon already had an element greater than 1.
