Why i cant play multiplayer or ULTIMATE MOD?

I have XBOX, and i with my friend we are on Ultimate, and we want to play multiplayer.
But BOOM! In diff. setting we can play max V-hard! Why i cant play MP with my friend? (Offline - MultiPlayer)

You need to both be level 80 or higher.
