Rares with %

Most items come with a % typically around 20-50%, but I never thought items could get as high as 90% without being added from a quest. Just my lucky day today I suppose.

In PSO GC, rares can be found with up to 90% in one area before being tekked. I once had a 90% A. Beast Club of Laconium. So much potential for the %, such a waste on the item class.

i was always told that in pso gc %s dont drop higher then 50%, 60% after being tekked up.i have well over 5000 hour on this and never saw over 60%. is there a trick to getting higher %s or something?

Pure luck on drops. I had a snapshot somewhere, but it is probably on my old hard drive.

Percents from Soul of a Blacksmith items and shops will never go above 50% (and can't be tekked, so no 60%).

60 Hit Fire Scepter Agni :D Sure, the Hit's pointless on a Wand-type, but it's my first 60 Hit weapon ever, so I'm not about to complain.
