level 999 mag how?

These opa opa mags are able to get level 999, is this by a hack or legit? and if its legit is the opa opa mag the only one able to get levels past 200?

Sallin I used an Opa Opa on a mag of mine, and it allowed it to go to level 999...I think thats the point of the cell. To allow it to exceed max power level. Just make it stronger in simple terms.
