Leveling up with max stat

Playing as a HUCast, it doesn't take much to max ATA.

By using units and a mag, I managed to max base ATA @ 191 by mid-80s lvl.

I gained a level and base ATA supposedly increased by one. I know that it will not go over the 191 base cap, but when I un-equipped a god/arm, it seems that my raw stat did NOT increase.

Did I just permanently lose one point in ATA? Will my HUCast ever be able to reach 191 ATA with raw stats ? Many Thanks!

You didn't lose an ATA point. Even if you cap ATA as early as LV1 and level all the way to 200 with ATA maxed, it will still be maxed if you remove all of your ATA-boosting gear.

Did it only seem like it didn't increase, or did it definately not increase? Because I did the same recently while trying to get my HUcaseal to 124. I was actually noticing my base ATA increase after I unequipped my God/Arms, Dex Mag, etc, after I leveled up.

But I'm not sure about losing that point forever... Just giving you my situation since it has some relevance to this post.
