Because I'm mostly curious, does this particular Heart of Poumn come with any stats, or is it 0'd? I've never gotten this myself as I can't find anyone willing to do the quest. Thanks for any answers that are given.

And, before someone says this, I know I can hunt it. I'm just wondering if this Heart of Poumn comes with percents or not.
