PSP2 Demo: A way to get back if you die?

I just started playing the demo which is AMAZING I can't wait till September..
but UGH the weirdest thing happened, I killed that dragon... thing Da Roga or whatever but the thing is when he died I died to and my death must have registered first it was so bizarre I got the mission complete screen and all but when it was over I didn't get to loot my boxes I just go sent straight back to the ship because I died at the same time D:

There's no way to get back to where you are if you die is there?

Nope, that's it. Once the mission ends, you can't go back to it.

Scape Dolls (スケープドール) will revive you. However, you can only carry one at a time, so be careful!
