What would be the best weapon for a FO?

I'm looking for something that decreases the cost of TP like the Psycho Wand does but doesn't steal your HP.

Well just tell me what you think the best FO weapon is and why. I'd really appreciate it.

I'm looking for the best, not the most rare or most sought after but the best.

As far as I can remember, there is only one other weapon that alters tp casting cost besides Psycho Wand and Dark Bridge.

That would be the Sorcerer's Cane.
It reduces casting cost by 10%, and boosts Gi-Techs.
It's special attack steals tp from enemies.

What does the Dark Bridge do for you? It doesn't really say much on its item description

The Dark Bridge reduces TP cost and uses HP just like the Psycho Wand.

Dark Bridge also boosts Grants (the same amount as Caduceus) and makes Megid penetrate through enemies like a FOnewearls Megid does.

And finally, it's drawback is that it will randomly cast Freeze/Paralysis/Confusion on your character.
Though no too often.

Yeah i have a high lvl HUcast and I've been trading for my new FOnewearl
I've gotten her a mind mag, 3 god/minds, 100+ mind mats and now I'm lvl 34 with about 1063 MST and most techs around 28 or so
I have a Psycho Wand but when i cast I almost loose all my life because it drains HP so I'm looking for a great weapon for my FO.

I can't survive the hp drain =0(
