Proper Loader Win 7

I have problem with game, i can't start to play. I got note: "Please update your client and use the proper loader. I have windows 7, and i dont know what to do. I instalet kit 1.3 nanoha and it is same. Pls help.

Right-click over the 'Online' Icon (in your PSOBB folder), click properties (should be at the very bottom), click on the compatibility tab, and run it in compatibility for Windows XP (service pack 3), and then click apply. That's what I had to do to get it to work on my computer (running Windows 7).
