Questions on mags

Ok.

I've looked all through the PSO mag stuff, and there's lots of information on how to feed them etc, but there's no 'list' saying what each mag level does.

I have a level 32 Racaseal. I just picked up a fresh mag out of a box, and I want to level it up funky like. My origional mag is a Kama (17 def, 58 pow, 20 dex, 0 mind).

But, say I want the 'forcer' level 2 evolution ability. But nowhere can I find, what the various mags do.

So, I'm just curious if there is a list somewhere or that... or if you guys have a suggestions on breeding evolutions for a Racaseal.


edit: One other question. would it be wise, or stupid, to try raising a mag off star atomizers alone.

I'm kinda confused what you mean by 'forcer' ability, but if you look at this guide it'll tell you what each mag can do in a specific situation.

If you raise a mag off of Star Atomizers, all it's stats will get raised, which would only be useful on a non-cast (and your RAcaseal is a cast) but even then it wouldn't be the best idea. You should usually focus on POW and DEX if you're not a Force, and MIND if you are a Force.

What I ment by that was...

the 'level 1' ranger ability, is the dolphin strike, where you strike all enemies in a line infront of you.

Level 1 force ability (that I can think of) is to 'heal in an area around self'.

And is there a guide to what those symbols mean? Like what the 3 rings do, or that?

Oh, you mean Photon Blasts. As the mags evolve, they'll learn PB's. When you're fighting/taking damage, your PB meter (next to your HP/TP bar) will increase. When it gets to 100, you can use a Photon Blast.

As for the symbols:
Cross: revives you (Reverser)
3 Rings: temporary invincibility
Up Arrows: temporary ATP increase (Shifta)
4-dots-around-X-thingy: heals you (Resta)

No, actually this guide will tell you what PB's you'll get from each evolution if you're Ranger is raising it (there are 2 other similar guides for Hunters and Forces)
