Clothing question.

Got done beating PSP again and it seems I'm missing clothing sets for male and female such as the Western tops, is there any tricks I'm missing like mission, lvl, or race requirements? Also is there a drop list for rare clothing?

Technically, there is no Western Top. For males, Vigor Coat acts as the "top" clothing piece to the Western Bottoms. I don't recall what the female top is, though.

Female one was Phasnis (not Phanis), i think

Well that answers that question, but is there a drop list for rare sets? I found CAS-yakata on a mission.
