Does Akkio's Frying Pan's Extra Attack Do Anything?

I'm using it and I'm not doing any damage....what's up? What's it's specail ability? To do nothing? I like it and all but I'm as confused about this as I am confused about Algebra class....

I think it steals TP, which is no good for FOcaseals.

but that doesnt exist.....besides...how could a caseal use TP of androids dont have TP? well...maybe that's why I dont see anything happen....because I am an Android.....

You just answered your own question, sort of. And yes it steals TP, so a droid doesn't get any effect out of it.
