Chat Function

Is there some form of a voice chat function available to the game? If not, is anyone going to be hosting a Ventrillo server for voice chat for the game?

no voice chat, but there is a few things like the MSN Phantasy Star and somewhere there is a vent, but i'm not sure how much that free vent can hold,
