Wrong forums section. PSO doesn't have PA's in it. The forum you want is PSU.

In PSP2, you can't level your Photon Arts, you can only find higher level ones. Also, there arent any elemental bullets anymore, each gun comes with its own Elemental %.

Technically, there IS an Elemental Bullet PA for some weapon types, such as Twin Handguns. It doesn't show it, but most likely it boosts the % a bit.

Actually, theirs a skill that increases the amount of damage you do with the element you have.
and its called, Elemental Bullets or something,
on topic: you can find them in the trade mission shops in story mode, eventually.

I loved PA lvling! It felt good when i hear my skilled lvls...
I hate finding higher lvl PA disks like in PSO. it was so annoying.

I like finding disks it feels more like classic PSO.
