if you play in the private server we can't name, it comes from Black Peppers Deal 2 in Ep IV, i think you have to do it on hard. I think there are 14 possible prizes, one of which is the Lib Kit. i did it over 20 times and never got it but someone else got it 2nd tome round. you need a Photon Crystal to take part in the quest
