Urgent Missions?

i keep hearing about these things but not sure what they are exactly. what is an urgent mission and how do you go on them?

open missions i got one whan i was lv 5 and and me boots me to lv 20.

Urgent Missions are the equivalent to Rare Missions on PSU. They're basically missions that randomly show up on the mission listing (mulitplayer only, however) randomly after completing a normal mission. Don't worry, you'll get a notification on your screen if you receive one.

An Urgent Mission usually has boosted experience rate from monsters, a 300% rare drop increase, and gives a metric ton of mission (type) points upon completion.

Did my first one last night, it unlocked itself after I did a B Rank run of Undersea Ruins in Multi-Mode. I can't remember what it was called but it was basically the PSP2 equivilant of PSO's 'Mines' level. I had a 300% Rare drop bonus and I can't remember what the EXP and Meseta Bonus was but it was huge, I leveled up for every 2 rooms I cleared.
