I am fond of my Red Handgun from Pal Rappy. Not an uber 1337, but still nice in ultimate. Also Red Mechguns from Del D in Ultimate ruins.

I have Charge Vulcans 0/25/0/10/50. I switch between Final Impact and Red Scorpio.

I can't think of too many. RED SCORPIO is nice, but its stats aren't too far off from GUILTY LIGHT, which is much more easily obtainable.

I can't think of any rifles...

Handguns... er... RAngers shouldn't use those...
