So the DLC updates right, or does Japan not get anymore updates? Just wondering if I should redownload the DLC to get some new missions...

nope, there are no updates, thats explain with the psp2i game releasse on 2/2011.

There won't be any additional DLC for JP PSPo2.

i don't think there will be anything for PAL/USA .
This was about Japanese DLC, not about any other versions.
