How long ?

After being banned from psu am just wondering how long it takes to be unbanned I havent had a msg so its really am all in the dark for me. :P

I thought all bans were permanent well best way to find out is to send in a ticket and you can do that here http://help.sega.com/
Include your ID#, Character Name, Gamertag, and error message
Also, this thread will probably get locked seeing as it is a personal matter and not related to Phantay Star Universe.
