is only the japanese clients going to be able to play the new quests or are all of us going to enjoy the slaughtering goodness? good god i want endless nightmare

Everyone should be able to play all the new quests. Even if they're only added to the JP servers you could just play them there (that used to be the case for Reaching for a Dream and Pioneer's Warehouse before they were finally added to the US server months later). But I imagine they will be added to all the servers.
