The best way to grind is to wait for a boost and use strictly whatever until no chance of breaking disappears and then use strictly s+9s and S+10s.

There are no secret methods to doing it.

Use the cheapest grinder rank you can get away with. S+9 and A+9 are the same when it comes to grinding A-ranks, S+9s are the only +9 grinders usable on S-ranks but can be (wasted) used on lower rank items.
