Does anyone know how to use the PSOProxy thing?

I'd like to know how to use this using a Modem connection.

You can do it over a modem, if you set the GC to dial into a certain computers IP number, and set the proxy number to the proxy number the other PC is using. From the PSOProxy homepage:-

Modem connected to a friend's PC across the InternetThis requires that you know someone who can tell you their IP address that they use on the Internet and are running PSO Proxy. Before you go online, you need to get your friend to tell you their IP address so that you can set your Gamecube proxy settings to it. Now you just go to the Website from the main menu just as you would normally, except with any luck, you should see the PSO Proxy upload page. When you've uploaded your snapshots, your friend will then need to send them back to you.

Someone should set up an e-mail server that e-mails your pictures to you once they're uploaded.
