Character screen all white...

So...i recently started playing PSO again (because i still love playing PSO). But i noticed that after i installed it and then started the game and booted into the Character screen....the option list is all...white? Now...whats that about? Is my graphics card not good enough? or did the game not install correctly?

If you can please let me know ASAP.

PS: Also i CAN see my character itself....just not the side bar options.

Update your video drivers to the lastest version if you haven't done so and the model/name of your graphics card?
