I checked there and the availability requirements for "Little Wing It" is blank. I want that Dreamcast decoration so badly. :cry:

Laurette client order Weapon R&D needs to be done as well according to the 2 jp wikis. If that works feel free to update the pedia...

Do you have AMF HQ Recovery, Military Subway and SEED Express and Electronic Brain cleared also? Might just be Electronic Brain and AMF HQ Recovery though.

Awesome, thanks Ceresa. I had finished all the open missions under online multiplayer, but it turns out that I had to finish these open missions in story mode.
