Yes. 21 buffs and debuffs are the same as 30.

1-10 level 1
11-20 level 2
21-30 level three.

Then the fluge buffs, which are the same as say a level 5 buff.

IIRC, the only increase the level brings beyond level 21 is extra range. Like in PSZ when level 11 shifta was the same as level 15 shifta, except for the range.

Range, duration and effect is the same for 21-30.
Only Support tech that changes in the levels between tiers is Resta, and the changes are ridiculously minimal. One base heal point per level.

shoot, I thought the duration was increased at 30, or at the very least the buff increased def/evp/mnd etc

SEGA Change this please. Make it stronger between tiers somehow. Like in PSO. Increasse every 2 levels. THank You. :)
