I'm familiar with PSO , got there a lvl 186 human/ranger

with a force : Mind = power for techniques


but i have a few questions about PSP2

with a Newman/force

Tech = what does it do? power for techniques?
Mind = what does it do? power for techniques?


and what is Sta/Stamina? what does it do xD?

Tech determines how strong your Technics will be.
Mnd determines your defense against Tech/magic attacks.
Stam determines your resistence towards status effects.
