How do you turn this into a magcell?

I never did special mags, but it seems like 99% of everyone around here does....so I'm the last one to talk......hahaha

But if I remember correctly you have to get your mag to a certain stage, a certain form. Once you have reached that point you can "use" the Jack 'O Lantern cell you get from Halloween Rappys(???) online during Halloween, and you should have a special mag.

1: Go to item
2: 'Use' Lantern
3: ?????
4: Profit!

Redirection to 3 - If the mag cell does not appear in your inventory, log out and back in so the mag cell appears in your pack.

1: Press the "Use" button and open up your Jack-O-Lantern.
2: Recieve a Mag Cell (Hopefully the one you wanted).
3: **Equip the required Mag with said needed stats for that Mag Cell, then press "Use".
