It's a nice holiday to be off & enjoy some family or fun time. But it's only a bump on the road to the big one. The one that every shop & store are aiming for. ;]

Today's my mom's birthday, too. Ugh, the Thanksgiving works (turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberries, etc.) and birthday cake. I think my stomach might have ruptured.

Man, I'm about ready to pass out. ate more then I should have and I feel just oh so lethargic. Worst part I forgot to save room for my favorite, Apple crumb pie. :(

Oh well, at least it's been the first thanksgiving in about 10 years that I haven't had to work.

Once in a blue moon, the same thing happens to me. The birthday thing, not the ruptured stomach.
