Error Code no. 62

I created a free course account on the JP PSU PC server and haven't logged into it for quite some time. After updating GameGuard and the client, I found that logging in threw me a 62 error before I could reach the character selection menu. I am positive that my ID and password are correct as I still have the email with the information.

If my account expired or something, is there a way to renew it, or should I just go ahead and make a new account?

About a month ago, someone tried to hack into the JP PSU accounts (or something like that). Go to ur email and they should have provided you with a new password.
