Which GAS should I focus on as a masterforce, and does elemental weapon work with technics?

Weapon Style: Elemental Weapon/Burn Crusher

Shield Style: Ragan's Breath

Extra Style: Photon Crafter

Basic Abilities:
HP+ lvl2
TP+ lvl2
MST+ lvl2

Special Abilities:
Full Custom Power lvl2
Exaxct Counter Damage+ lvl1
Attack Range+ lvl2

Weapon Skills:
Rods Damage+
Wands Damage+
TECH-Mags Damage+

Attributes/Resistances
Limit Break: Foie
Limit Break: Barta
Limit Break: Zonde
Limit Break: Diga
Limit Break: Megid
Support Techninc lvl+

After we get the 4th wave of the GAS it will look like this

Low 4100s on Motherbrain lvl 165-170 with Diga on a Pushan.
High 1900s on Deljaban lvl 160 with Damdiga on a Psycho Wand
High 1600s on Bel Pannon lvl 160 with Rafoie on a Pushan
High 3400s on Volfu lvl 160 with Nosdiga on a Psycho Wand
2100-2200s on Deljaban lvl 160 with Nosdiga on a Psycho Wand
2600-2700s on Golmoro lvl 160 with Megid on a Pushan
2700s on De Ragnus lvl 150 with Diga on a Pushan
2800s on Alterazgohg lvl 165 with Diga on a Pushan

Thats all I can think of off the top of my head but it should give you an idea.
