TP Regenerate Gear?

Is there an item that acts in a similar fashion to the Regenerate Gear series that heals TP when an attack is blocked? I seem to remember something like that.

regenerate gear advance, regenerate gear bp

both of these will suit the bill

advance has a higher recovery rate (it's either 5 or 7 %, i cant recall) but lower defense

bp has a lower recovery rate (akin to 2 or 3%) but has much higher defense


of course, a fluid is fine too.

BP also has higher EVP than Adv so you have a higher chance of evading and, therefore, healing but the boost is still so low that you'd need to be such a high level for it to be effective that you won't need to use it
