Problem purchasing Guardians license

Hi I'm currently trying to renew my guardians license (after twice canceling it because I stopped playing it) and when I go to purchase it it says "This item isn't currently available". I've called MS support and they told me the first time I canceled it, it said "canceled" but where I had canceled it a second time it said "Suspended". I've tryed contacting Sega but not luck. Has anyone else had this problem? I know for some people it says "Not available in this country" but has it ever said "This item isn't currently available"? Help is appreciated

I have gold and tried renewing my psu membership but i had no luck for the past two months.
I keep getting an error and i already fixed my payment but i still have no way of purchasing any membership from my current account nor my other gold account.:/
