i need some help about that armor i can't seem to find it, i keep on looking for it and nothing, I thought you find it when you kill the worm De Rol; i also dont know much about lvl 89+armors either could any be kind enough to educate me regarding that matter. thanks!

Find stink frame. Then find about 48 Photon Drops. Go to Gallon's Shop quest and exchange them for 3 Parasitic Cell Type D's.

I don't know if you can find the armor but you can create the armor. Items to start are Stink Frame and Parasite Cell D. Keep using Parasite Cell D (assuming you have enough) on the new armor until you reach the highest your character possibly make. Also check here for level needed for each version of the armor:

You may not know this, but when you go to exchange your pdrops for Parasite Cell D's, be sure to bring only the minimum required amount for ONE cell (which is 20, I think).

I got one cell type D for 17 and my second was 16. I tried to get it for 15 but it wouldn't let me.

i thought you could find it by nocking off all of his armor plates but i dont know if thats true i always get to the peice that is right before the tail peice and i acidentaly kill him so i havent been able to confirm this
