Help me start up BlueBurst, please!

OK, I realize that nobody can tell me how to do this in the forum itsef, so PM or email me. I also realize I probably can do this myself, but it will be after MUCH trial and error, and I don't want to mess this up. So, can someone help me with setting BlueBurst up? Much appreciated.

Also forgot, after i get all set up, anyone mind helping me get up to my GC char's LV(112)?

It would probably be a much better option to just ask in the tech support forum on the server you play on.
